General Comments
Haccp: discussed proper holding temperatures for all potentially hazardous foods.

Facility needs to keep track of temperatures for all potentially hazardous foods by use of a log sheet. Temperatures should be taken every two hours to verify temperature is adequate. All potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41F or below or 135F and above.

A follow up will occur in apprx. 10 days for #3 and #7.
